We are always happy to accommodate requests when able with Gluten friendly , nut/seed sensitivities, dairy friendly, vegan, no peppers, onions, etc. Meals are all prepared and packaged in a Vancouver Coastal Health approved commercial kitchen, but we do share this space with other businesses who may use some of these ingredients so it cannot be guaranteed of any allergens.

Gift certificates are always available for purchase, these make the perfect gift!
We are also happy to accept orders for delivery to the recipient, just be sure to enter their delivery details at checkout and leave a note about the gift in the comments while ordering.

Nourishment Meals currently offers weekly delivery to Squamish, Britannia Beach, Lions Bay, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

Each weekly delivery generally happens on Mondays for Squamish + Tuesdays for Britannia Beach, Lions Bay, North + West Vancouver.
Holiday weekend deliveries happened Tuesdays + Wednesdays.The scheduled delivery dates for each order period will be detailed when new menus are posted and at the time you place your order.
Deliveries occur between 10am-7pm. Delivery emails are sent out 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date with a drop-off window.

First orders always include delivery no matter the order size.
Squamish orders are delivery included for orders $40 and over.
North and West Vancouver orders are delivery included for orders $75 and over.
For orders under the required amount a $7 delivery fee will be applied.

You can choose delivery with a box if you will be home or a insulated cooler bags if we may miss you for a short period of time. Text messages are sent to alert you of your order arrival. You can choose your delivery preference at checkout.
If you may be out for a longer period of time, you can always leave a hard sided cooler with ice packs out for drop off. With the warmer summer months, it is recommended that orders are brought in as soon as possible!

For North and West Vancouver deliveries we are happy to accept orders and arrange for it to be delivered on the next round of deliveries if the scheduled date does not work for you.
For Squamish deliveries we are happy to accept orders and arrange for an alternate local drop off date if the scheduled date does not work for you or a Squamish Kitchen Pick up is always available.

Arrangements can be made for local pick-ups in Squamish from the commercial kitchen space on most Wednesdays or Thursdays from 1:00pm-7:00pm in the week following the original scheduled delivery date. Leave a comment in the notes section of your order, or contact us directly to make arrangements.
